I chose the name Wildflower Fitness because a wildflower is beautiful and stands tall despite the elements.
I believe every woman has what it takes to follow her dreams and live her best life!
I hear time and time again “I wish I knew where to start” or “I tried (insert fad diet) and going to the gym/ restricting calories/ running 5 miles a day but say no results”.
I am here to help you! I’m Alicia and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and OCB Bikini Pro. I have been involved in fitness, dance and gymnastics my whole life, but it wasn’t until I got a coach that I started seeing real results (yes, even coaches have coaches)! I lost over 50 lbs, won and placed in multiple bikini bodybuilding competitions and fueled my passion of working with women to help them achieve their fitness goals while having fun lifting weights, working on mindset, relaxing with yoga and mobility, and enjoying healthy versions of their favorite foods!
I have spent years experimenting in the kitchen to create recipes that are delicious and fuel your body.

Customized macro planning based on your goals, healthy swaps and grocery guides, recipe go-to’s, and a recipe e-book full of my favorite creations that are delicious and good for you!

WHERE I AM
I am now at a healthy weight and am a OCB Natural Pro Bikini Athlete! I competed in three shows in 2022, winning my first overall title in November. Being on stage and seeing what I accomplished with discipline and dedication instead of making excuses inspired me to get my NASM Personal Training and Nutrition Certifications and start Wildflower Fitness so I can help other women accomplish their goals.
While prep is strict, I still created delicious recipes to curb my sweet tooth even all the way up to peak week! I am currently in the process of creating a cookbook filled with amazing meals!
WHERE I STARTED
I went to college in Boston and gained not only the Freshman 15, but also the Sophomore, Junior and Senior 15. After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, starting my photography business, and working at a desk from 9-5 I knew something had to change. I challenged myself to learn how to cook more than mac-n-cheese, and became 1% better every day gaining knowledge.
I then challenged myself to cut alcohol, dairy, added sugar and gluten (a modified Whole 30), drink more water, and see if change would happen…and it did!
Why have a lifestyle fitness and nutrition coach?
This is the most important thing for me! Having someone to analyze your plan, see what you did right and if you went off plan how can we improve? Having a certified personal trainer creating your workouts and giving you nutrition goals takes the guess work out of starting or continuing a fitness journey! All you have to do is show up for yourself!
I emphasize mindset and life with everyone I work with. I understand that life comes with ups and downs having struggled with all of that during my competition preps and having someone in my corner talk to about it made all the difference. We can adjust and continue working on goals!
