Banana Chocolate Oats | Healthy Breakfast Recipe

I’ve been posting this one on Instagram (made a reel cooking it too!) and everyone has been dying for the recipe so here it is! Macros are based on how I make it to fit my macros!

Carbs: 41.3 Protein: 13.9 Fats: 16.9


30 G Quaker Oats

25 G Liquid Egg Whites

Dash of cinnamon

Phormula-1 Protein Powder

15 G (1 T) nut butter (I’ve been using 1st Phorm Banana PB!)

35 G Banana

20 G Dark Chocolate Tahini

The dark chocolate tahini really makes it! I had no idea what it was when I bought it I just thought the macros looked good!


1. Cook oats the way you usually do! I just microwave mine with water.

2. Stir in egg whites, microwave for 30 seconds twice, stirring in between. Keep an eye on it, it likes to run over if it gets too hot.

3. Stir in cinnamon and protein powder

4. Add PB, sliced banana and drizzle with tahini!
